The Eighteen Hole Course has water hazards coming into play on sixteen holes.  There are trees that can alter your shots throughout the entire course.  However, even though there are no sand bunkers, the narrow fairways make up for the lack of hazards.

Been playing this course since the early 1980's and decided to return this weekend (2hr drive) to see if anything changed since last playing in 2004. The 6,662 yd / 71.6 / 119 Par 72 rolling layout is still as challenging for the average golfer with the greens/fairways still looking real good. Yardage markers (150,100) could have been better with doing the sprinkler heads, but that's why everyone has range finders. The creek crossings and tree placements still keep you honest as most holes are straight forward with slight doglegs to break up the view. Shooting 82/43 w/34putts and the $15/cart fall special, you can't go wrong with the price from the normal $29-$34 weekend pricing. The clubhouse is mostly for paying and a quick drink. As it is at the end of the season, that could be the reason of the menu selection. Lot of restaurants close by on Miller road for that real after golf food it that's what your looking for. Based on overall conditions, layout, speed of play (4hr) and price, its worth the stop right off I-69.
